When you’re a small business owner with big dreams and a hectic schedule, it is impossible to find the time to do everything that needs to get done.  There are not enough hours in the day, and your energy levels are too low to handle your health goals, let alone your work responsibilities, as well as all those other things we need to do just like everybody else!

Most people see their health goals and business goals as completely separate entities. This is a mistake. Your health and your business are interconnected, and you can’t optimize one without optimizing the other.

Similarly, when we focus on building a strong and healthy business, we create a foundation that supports us in our quest for optimal health. We have the financial resources to invest in healthy habits and lifestyle choices, and we have the time and freedom to focus on our own well-being.
